Quit Smoking Weed Out Of A Can! Lung Cancer Is Just The Beginning

Author: Vas Blagodarskiy

Smoking weed out of a can is one of the most hazardous ways to ingest cannabis. What we're talking about here are aluminum cans from soda or beer or something like that, used as a home-made pipe sort of a device. It's a dangerous method if used over long periods of time, and should only be your last resort if no other method to smoke weed is available. Unlike a bong, it does not filter out the smoke through a liquid. And, unlike a blunt, there are other chemicals besides plant leaf that you inhale, like aluminum paint and adhesives. These are NOT good for your lungs, which is why smoking marijuana from a can should not be done frequently. Besides, it doesn't even look cool - smoking bud should be a socializing process, after all.

Making a can pipe is very simple, which is why a lot of teenagers are allured to it; it makes smoking weed possible almost anywhere where there's a gas station. Buy your soda, and drink it, or pour it out if you aren't thirsty and want to get high right then and there. You can discard the can opener that you squeeze to push the top of the can through to make your drinking hole. The drinking hole will be your mouth piece. Hold the can horizontally, the mouth piece facing you, and rotate it until the hole is at the top. Make a small indent in the top of the can with your thumb, it should be maybe half an inch deep at most. Using a needle or a thumbtack (the easiest would be a thumbtack), make about 20-30 holes in close proximity to each other inside of that indentation. The end result should look like this:

Throw your bud in the top of the can, where the indent is. The holes serve as the "pipe's" screen, letting the weed rest there, yet you can still inhale it. Light it, and start inhaling after 3-4 seconds of the bud being exposed to open flame. As an optional upgrade, you can make a hole through the other side of the pipe, opposite your mouth piece. This will be your "shotgun" that you put a finger over while hitting the bud, and at the end you'll release it, making all the built-up smoke inside the can exit through the mouth piece and straight into your lungs. Those hits are really harsh, so a shotgun is recommended only for experienced users.

Once again, this should ALWAYS be a last resort method. A vaporizer is much safer. If you smoke weed out of a can frequently, you inhale the paint and other aluminum-related chemicals just as often. Stick to a bong or roll joints, but don't try to smoke from a can a lot. It's quick and convenient, but there's a downside to it, and the health risks associated with smoking out of a can are just not worth it. If you're curious, take a look at the can once you're done smoking. Empty out the residue charcoal-black plant from the indent in the can, and look at it. It'll be stained with black tar and other crap - and that's just on the small outside part of the can. Imagine what's inside the can, and in your lungs.

Lawn mowing services provide a professional and organized lawn outdoor cleaning and maintenance. This is with the use of well-serviced equipment. Usually, lawn mowing would entail the use of a lawn mower machine which is suited for cutting grasses in residential lawns, gardens, golf courses and parks. This is because a lawn mower has one or more revolving or rotating blades that generally come in different types. This would include the following:

•Cylinder or reel mower - This is a form of mechanical mower that employs an assembly blade that rotates on a horizontal axis, carrying the lawn mower close to the grass.

•Rotary mowers - This type employs a blade that rotates on a vertical axis. It is often powered by an internal combustion engine that runs on liquid fuels or gasoline.

•Cordless mowers - This type is considered as a battery operated type of machine.

•Riding mowers - This is a type of machine where in the operator rides on it and controls the mower. It uses a horizontal rotating blade system that would go hand on hand with its multiple blades.

•Hover mowers - This is a rotary push powered mower that uses turbine in order to drive the air down, creating an air cushion that lifts the mower like a hovercraft.

•Robotic mowers - This is a robot type of mower that requires the user to set up a wire border that points out the area to be mowed. Plus, its boundaries will be trimmed as well.
•Professional grass-cutting equipment - This is used in larger platforms such as stadiums, universities and large establishments.

In history, lawn mowers were invented in the year 1827 by the famous Edwin Beard Budding, an English engineer. Edwin's mower was designed to cut gardens and lawns, particularly on sports grounds as an alternative to scythe. The mower was patented on October 1830 and its manufacture began in the early 1860s. Hence, gasoline powered rotary mowers were introduced by Power Specialist Ltd in the 1930s.

Nowadays, many gasoline powered lawn mowers are seen in the market. Hence, side effects in our environment vary with the use of this machine due to the carbon dioxide emissions.

Marijuana: Bong Hits Can Lead To Lung Cancer!

Author: Vas Blagodarskiy

One way to smoke weed is to use a bong. A bong is a smoking paraphernalia that's used to make and inhale marijuana smoke. Many cannabis users prefer a bong over other methods of ingestion - and for good reasons. One, a bong cools the smoke down with water. This reduces irritation on your trachea and lungs while you smoke weed. Two, it hits a lot smoother than a joint or a pipe. Third, it's not as expensive as a vaporizer; it's a low-cost way to smoke. Compare a one-time investment in a nice bong to - for blunt wrappper or rolling paper. There are different kinds of bongs to smoke weed out of; glass ones are usually considered to be the best. They look nice, feel smooth, and are easy to clean. A head shop should sell bongs starting at about and up. Since they all function the same way, some bongs can be a foot tall while others might look a lot like hookahs, at over 3 feet tall. Discrete smokers prefer smaller pot paraphernalia than those who openly tell others of their habitual bud use.

A bong has a few main parts. The first one is the chamber. That's where all of the smoke comes through while you hit it. The stem of the bong goes out the side, towards the bottom, and represents a pipe where you put your bud in. Oftentimes, a bong requires a screen (a metal screen that keeps the marijuana from falling through the pipe). The last part of the bong is the mouthpiece. That's where you put your lips to inhale the smoke. You fill up the chamber of the bong with water. Depending on your experience and taste, you might prefer different liquids. In effect, they all cool down the smoke. Things like ice-cold Koolaid and/or orange juice have been used, and people say they give bud a delicious taste. When you smoke weed out the bong, you inhale it through the stem. Crush it up, and put it in the pipe that goes out the side. Make sure the bottom part of the pipe of your bong is covered with water - only then will the smoke pass through the water. No worries: the THC won't dissolve in water. This process cools down the smoke with air bubbles while you smoke weed. The bong itself is held with your hands as you put your mouth to the mouthpiece.

To take care of your bong and make sure it hits nice every time, make sure to keep it clean. Resin, or left-over buildup that remains in the stem / chamber of the bong, must be cleaned out every once in a while. After every 8-10 times of moderate use, clean your bong with household cleaning solutions. Warm water and soap work well, but might not get all the sticky grime off. Just make sure to rinse it well before using again - no one wants cleaning chemicals in their lungs.

The Hookah Used To Smoke Weed? Genius!

Author: Vas Blagodarskiy

It's important to not confuse a hookah with a bong. A bong has a solid mouth piece at the top of the device. A hookah has a flexible tube leading up to the mouth piece that you suck the smoke out of. Usually used for tobacco smoking, a hookah is nice to smoke weed out of, as well. Sometimes cannabis users mix it with flavored tobacco to enhance the initial buzz and give your high a particular taste. Flavored pipe tobacco can be purchased in a variety of delicious kinds, so find one that you like the most if you're trying a hookah.

The difference between smoking a hookah and a blunt, for example, is that you can't control how much smoke you inhale as well. With a blunt, or a pipe, or a joint, you inhale the THC in your mouth first, and then breathe it in with air. If you're using a hookah, you inhale the bud directly into your lungs. This leaves you little control over how well it'll hit, and how much smoke to actually breathe in. The science behind how it works is complicated, and involves a bit of chemistry. Using convection and conduction, you need to apply just the right amount of air pressure when sucking the smoke in. No wonder it's harder to hit a hookah right than a bong or a can! Basically what you have to do is create lower air pressure at the base of the hookah than at the top. Much like a bong, this causes the smoke to filter through water, or whatever other liquid you decide to use to cool your smoke. The benefit of a hookah is that you can control the proper amount of heat transfer by moistening your bud prior to the actual process of smoking weed. That's how it's intended for tobacco, so that's how it should be done with bud, as well.

A piece of tin foil with pinholes (can be done with a thumbtack) can act like a screen for your hookah. This can aid in airflow regulation and air pressure disbursement in the device. Putting ice in the liquid chamber is proven to be a good idea to cool the smoke down extra cold, for easier inhalation. You need to fill up the tobacco chamber about an inch, and put a lighter to it as you're about to hit it. Don't pack the bowl too tightly, or the smoke will have little room to go through, and this will mess up the whole process. To keep the hose clean, blow hard through it to get anything that may be stuck inside out. The tinfoil that was mentioned earlier goes over top of the bowl with weed, to keep heat spread out evenly. About thirty to forty holes should suffice. The proper way to smoke a hookah is to put a piece of coal over the tinfoil, but if you don't have that, just use a lighter and move it over the tinfoil evenly.

Smoke up, and enjoy your hookah responsibly!

Vaporizer Parts can be just as important as the Vaporizer itself

Author: Vape World

With every good vaporizer, there are vaporizer parts to accompany it.  Nothing could be closer to the truth!  Without the accessories, a vaporizer cannot perform the vital and necessary functions of delivering the product of to the user.  Each vaporizer will have its own set of specific parts and accessories that are as unique as the vaporizer itself.  Although most will have individual accessories that make them different than the others, some of the parts are very similar, if not the same.

The parts

Storz & Bickel Volcano vaporizers are packed with accessories that come with the Volcano Classic and the Volcano Digit vaporizers.  These parts and accessories are important for the entire process to work.  There are packages that come complete with everything from valve balloons to an aluminum carrying case.  Of course the balloons are a necessary part of the vaporizing process, and they can also be purchased separately in single boxes  (1 box equals over 3 meters of length of balloons to use, to be cut to any size), or they can be purchased for less per box with a single order of up to 16 boxes.  Valves are also an integral piece when it comes to vaporizer parts.  There are several different types of valve kits and replaceable valves available:  Valve starter sets, valve replacement sets, valve housing, valve mouthpieces, and valve filling chambers.  All of these valves come with vaporizers and all of them are sold separately as vaporizer parts.

7th Floor, Silver Surfer vaporizers have a different set of vaporizer parts.  Some of the different vaporizer parts are a glass quick change wand, a glass mouth piece and a 3 foot vapor whip.  It is obvious that the process of the Silver Surfer vaporizers is completely different than that of the Volcano just from the parts alone.  These vaporizer parts all came standard with the Black Rainbow vaporizer to enhance the vapor experience.  Instead of balloons, the wands and the whips are used to absorb the vaporized materials.  Other standard items are a carry bag and a glass stir tool.  Some packages offer a grinder and samples of herbs and oils used for aromatherapy.  As an accessory that is sold separately, an aroma top and several different styles hands-free wands are available.

Vaporizer parts are a necessary enhancement to any vaporizer.  Other items that come with most vaporizers are screens, cleaning tools and grinders.  The parts will be an ongoing expense, but they will certainly make the vaporizer experience much more satisfying.

How to Make Your Own Wood Pellets For Home Heating

Author: Michael Wilson

If you want to know how to make your own wood pellets you are going to need to have the right skills and equipment. Making wood pellets for home heating is a little more of a sophisticated process than making traditional firewood. There are now small portable machines that you can purchase to make your own wood pellets but without the right skills the pellets you produce may not be of very high quality. Some may crumble back into sawdust before you ever get to use them.

The first step is to get your raw material, which can be wood or many other forms of biomass such as straw, corn stalks, grass and even cardboard. You will need to reduce the size of your raw material to a size small enough to fit into your pellet mill's die holes. This can be done with a chipper or a hammer mill.

Now the material will need to be dried to about 10-20% moisture content. For the best quality pellets your material should be about 15% moisture content.

Once the material is dried you may have to mix in a binding agent such as vegetable oil. This will depend on what type of material you are using. Some materials like softwoods typically have enough binding agents in them naturally.

Now the material can go into the mill where a roller will roll across the material and press it through a die. The die is a hole with a tapered top like a funnel. Pressing the material through the die not only compresses the material but also creates heat which melts the lignins in the material which will act as a glue which will bind the pellet together after it cools.

Now that the pellets are formed they will still be hot so they will now need to be cooled. The most simple way is to spread them out and let them cool at room temperature.

Learning how to make your own pellets is a simple process and there are now small scale pellet machines that will make them for you. All of these machines will make pellets but if you want pellets that are of a high enough quality to be useful you will need to have the right knowledge. There are also different types of pellet mills so before you purchase one, knowing how the process works will help you in selecting a mill that will best suit your needs.

Get a step by step guide that will teach you how to make your own wood pellets.

Top Tips For Weed-Free Flower Beds

Author: Jo Alelsto

After years of tending the garden, I've learned that there are a few tricks that can help to prevent that most dreaded of all necessities--weed pulling. The best, and easiest, thing you can do is prevention.

When choosing a location for a flower bed, try to choose a spot that is relatively weed-free to begin with, and is not located near any seed producing weeds, such as your neighbors overgrown flower garden, or under any seed producing trees, such as a maple. If the 'perfect spot' is already weed infested, you will need to begin by pulling (yes, by hand) the weeds.

While doing this, try not to disturb any seeds that have already formed on the stalks. Any fully formed seeds will germinate when exposed to your freshly tilled soil. Depending on the size of the weed, you can help prevent the seeds from dropping by tying one of the following over the seed heads of the weeds: a paper bag, a pillow case, the cut off leg from a pair of panty hose (or knee high), or you can also use an onion bag(depending on the size of the seeds). Be sure to discard the seeds, plant and all, in a waste receptacle and not in a compost pile where they can really wreak havoc.

When your chosen area has been fully prepared, and you have either planted your seeds or bulbs, or dug your holes and put your plants into the ground, the next step is MULCH. Mulching is relatively easy, and can be a wonderful accent to your landscape, and can also reduce the amount of watering needed to keep your flowers in tip-top shape during those hot summer days.

Depending on the area in which you live, mulching can also protect your plants from freezing through the winter months. When choosing a mulch, there are several options these days, from newspapers and peanut shells to recycled and cut up tires, but my favorite is still shredded bark or pine straw. If you need help choosing what works best in your area then try to ask your local nursery for help- there's a lot more out there.

Whatever you decide to use, be sure you have enough to cover the area by four to six inches, continuing to add mulch as it compacts or as with the bark and pine straw decomposes over time. If the mulching is maintained properly, it will be attractive and last for years, and be a weed deterrent. This brings us to the occasional weed pulling. If the mulching is maintained then you should be able to get by with only a weekly walk through to keep the weeds in check.

Another benefit of the mulch is it makes weed pulling much easier. A gentle tug near the base of the weed stem is usually all that's needed. Again, make sure to dispose of them properly.

There is one more method you can employ to rid your flower beds of weeds and this is by using chemical herbicides. I admit I'm not too fond of chemicals since I have both children and pets that love to enjoy the garden as much as I do, but sometimes these can be an invaluable tool in ridding your garden of weeds. It is important though that you use them properly.

Since not all herbicides work the same and I'm not familiar with all the herbicides that are out there, be sure to ask your local nursery grower for help. They can tell you about what they have available and can recommend the best herbicide for your particular weed problem. To keep all those who enjoy using the garden safe, be sure to use the herbicide in the manner in which it is intended and store up and away from children and pets.

If you follow these recommendations then you can have a beautiful and easy-to-care-for flower garden.

Smoking Hookah In French by ...

Hookah Tobacco, Water Pipe Bong, Hookah Shisha, Hookah Accessories

Author: Jigney Bhachech

The concept of Hookah originated in India, once the province of the wealthy, it was tremendously popular especially during Mughal rule. The origins of the hookah come from the north western provinces of India along the border of Pakistan in Rajasthan and Gujarat nearly a millennia back . These hookahs were simple, primitive, and rugged in design, usually made from a coconut shell base and tube with a head attached. They were designed to smoke opium, and hashish . The hookah made its way through the Persian Kingdom , which also included Pakistan, Afghanistan, much of Middle Asia and Arab parts of Northern Africa. The hookah acquired tombeik on its way through Persia. Tombeik is a dark tobacco grown in modern day Iran. Tombeik is rinsed and packed in the large older style heads where hot coal is applied directly to the wet tombeik, which gives it a strong flavor. Fire Resilient Gardening

Author: Josh Allen

Many homeowners, when considering landscaping and gardening, are more concentrated on having a landscape that is pleasing to the eye, is a complement to their house, and has variations of color, foliage, and flowers.

There is another important aspect of home landscaping that should be considered, which is safety. If you are developing your landscape, you should think about fire safety in general, and how flammable the plants are that you will use. Be aware that flammable plants in your landscape can increase the risk of fire around your home. These plants can act as fuel that contributes to the intensity of a fire.

Although there are many preventative methods applicable to your backyard and outdoor area, planting fire resilient plants is one of the best methods you can use to support fire safety.

Fire resilient plants have a stronger capacity to withstand the high temperatures associated with fire and are less likely to be ignited by flame or other sources. The foliage and stems from these plants will rarely contribute to the intensity of a fire.

Be aware that fire resilient plants are not fire proof and can most certainly be damaged by fire.

Some of the fire resistive plant characteristics you will find are supple and moist leaves, water-like sap (usually the sap will not have a strong scent), thicker bark, high moisture content, and low resin content.

Planting Fire Resilient Plants

By surrounding your house with fire resilient plants, you won't guarantee the safety of your home, however, it will decrease the risk of damage. A great advantage that these plants have is that a garden filled with fire resistant plants will grow back looking good even when the worst happens.

Proper placement of fire resilient plants will help to protect your house by sheltering it from intense heat. You should plant the most drought tolerant and fire resistant plants within about three feet of your home.

There are a wide variety of plant and tree species to choose for your landscape that are both attractive and fire resistant.

Consider the following species which belong to the grasses, groundcovers, vines, perennials and annuals family: African daisy, Black-eyed Susan, Iris, Ivy, Thyme, Yucca, Poppy, Lavender, Red hot poker, Clematis, Coral bells.

In the trees and shrubs family you will find Oleander, Lilac, Jasmine, Poplar, Oak, Plum, Peach, Maple, Elm, Ash, Birch, and Cherry.
