My friends bong broke in half once and we used super glue. It worked fabulous but it was pretty heavy duty and eventually kept breaking were sealed.
Since bubblers are much smaller than a heavy duty bong then I think super glue will work fine. You can also try a heavy duty nail glue. Super glue is the best though I’m pretty sure plus it will dry clear and since its more of a liquid than a sticky tacky kind of glue, it will dry a lot faster and water used in the bubbler shouldn’t lossen the glue up.
When i used to smoke i got mine at a head shop for 60$. Wasn’t anything special just a good glass piece. Shouldn’t be to much more then that.
