I didn’t find much information to help you but I can offer another venue. Consider posting the information in your question on eBay’s “I want it now” web site. Maybe another buyer or seller will be able to offer some insight.
Old enough to afford the glass working torches, the lathes, the annealing ovens and old enough to visit a shop and see the prices. There are people who will trade drugs for pipes so the competition is tough. Lots of places won’t allow you to have a torch with oxygen tanks in a residential area so you will need a separate workshop.
